Following sustained revenue growth over the past years, as well as an increase in significant and complex mandates, the Employment team are keen to continue to build and grow the team with the addition of an Associate. The Employment team has widespread reach, acting for a range of employers spanning start-ups, up to listed multinationals across several interesting sectors including Retail, Finance, FMCG, Media and Advertising, Manufacturing, and Engineering. You can expect lots of client contact, and a rewarding and challenging career path - all of which come with a role at this leading global firm. From the outset, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting cross-jurisdictional matters, as well as providing locally based advice. You will also advise on a broad range of projects including drafting global policies and procedures, disciplinary and grievance issues, restructures and redundancies, TUPE and changes to terms and conditions. ABOUT YOU The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes: · Qualified Solicitor, ideally 2-5 years' PQE. · Solid matter management across contentious and non-contentious employment matters. · Confident communicator and the ability to maintain strong relationships with clients. · The ability to deliver high-quality work and manage client demands. · Self-motivated and the ability to work and act on your own initiative. · Willing to play a key part in business development. · Excellent academic credentials.
