A highly regarded legal team is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its Employment & Labor practice. This role focuses on employment counseling, regulatory compliance, and transactional support, with opportunities to work in a fast-paced advisory practice.
Position Responsibilities: Advise clients on employment laws, statutory compliance, and workplace policies Draft and negotiate executive employment and separation agreements Provide counsel on the employment aspects of M&A transactions Support clients with day-to-day employment and labor issues Assist in employment-related litigation as needed Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in employment counseling and transactional matters Strong knowledge of employment law compliance and executive agreements Litigation experience is a plus Excellent writing, communication, and analytical skills Strong academic credentials from a recognized law school Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary ($260,000 - $365,000) based on experience and location Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans Generous paid time off, parental leave, and professional development opportunities
