A highly regarded legal team is seeking an attorney with 4+ years of employment law experience to join its Employment & Labor practice. This role involves employment counseling, litigation, and transactional support, with a strong focus on advising clients on compliance and workplace policies.
Position Responsibilities: Advise clients on employment policies, regulatory compliance, and workplace best practices Draft and negotiate employment and separation agreements Handle employment-related disputes and litigation support Assist in the employment aspects of corporate transactions Mentor and train junior associates while collaborating within a dynamic team Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in employment law, with a strong advisory and compliance background Experience handling employment policies, contracts, and litigation matters Exceptional legal writing, analytical, and communication skills Strong leadership skills with a willingness to mentor junior team members Admission to the California Bar is required Outstanding academic credentials from a recognized law school Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary ($310,000+), based on experience and location Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans Generous paid time off, parental leave, and professional development opportunities
