Position: Employment Case Manager
Divison: Central Services
Program: Niagara County Re-Entry Task Force
General Overview: Provide Case Management to ex offenders enrolled as participants in the Niagara County Reentry Task Force (CRTF). Develop case planning for high risk offenders with emphasis on Employment. Locate and secure stable employment for all CRTF clients. Maintain relationship with CMI agency staff, DOCCS, Employers and Community Partners. Lead groups in Job Readiness Trainings. Meet with Supervisor on a regular basis to review cases and address barriers within your case load.
Qualifications: 3 years experience in Workforce Development, Human Services, Criminal Justice or related field. Bachelors Degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field preferred. Current Red Cross First Aide Card and valid NYS Drivers License.
Hours: Full-Time.
Salary Range: $40,000 - $43,000, annually.
