Employment Services Administrator (Ontario)
**Position Description** **SUMMARY/PURPOSE:** The Employment Services Administrator plays a pivotal role in facilitating the smooth operation of our employmentservices department. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around heavy administration tasks related to collectingand managing information from workers participating in our employment services program and ensuring seamlesscoordination of employment-related financial supports for both job seekers and businesses. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** + Book intake appointments that come through web-based, email and partner referrals. + Collect and receive detailed information from workers participating in employment services, ensuringaccuracy and compliance. + Maintain thorough records of worker activities and progress throughout their engagement with ouremployment services, including a 12-month post-service period. + Review, approve, and reconcile financial supports utilized by job seekers and businesses, adhering toestablished guidelines and policies. + Support various administrative functions across different areas within the employment services department,including data entry, filing, scheduling, and correspondence. + Other related duties relevant to this position as may be required. + Comply with all regulations, policies and procedures pertaining to the operations including occupational. + health and safety, environmental, drug and alcohol, and quality. **Qualifications** **To be successful in this role, you will need:** **EDUCATION and CERTIFICATIONS:** + College Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience) **KNOWLEDGE and EXPERENCE** + 4 years of Administrative or related experience. **SKILLS and COMPETENCIES:** + Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the employment services sector. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders, including dealing with clients, subcontractors and all levels of Serco staff. + Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with database management systems. + Ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous and rapidly changing priorities, and work to agreed-upon schedules. + Proven problem-solving skills. **Company Overview** Serco Inc.
