The Employment Team, known for its depth of expertise and collaborative spirit, is expanding due to consistent growth. The successful candidate will engage in a variety of employment law matters, from general issues like maternity rights to complex transactional corporate support. Key Responsibilities: Advise on general employment matters, drafting service agreements, employment contracts, and policies. Handle contentious issues such as wrongful dismissal, redundancy, and discrimination cases. Support corporate transactions and provide insights on boardroom disputes and severance claims. Engage in business development initiatives, including networking and drafting articles for publications. Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of employment law with a minimum of 3 years PQE, combined with strong analytical and commercial thinking skills. They should be able to provide tailored, practical advice while maintaining a high standard of service to clients.
