What to expect.
You will work with clients to find and maintain meaningful employment. Direct support services include engagement, assessment, job search, job development, and job support.
Specific responsibilities include:
Conducting assessments to determine which job(s) are interesting to a client, as well as what skill level they require. Using extensive networking to identify potential job leads and talking to employers about a client’s abilities and desires to work in their place of business. Providing follow-along supports including targeted interventions and job coaching to help maintain employment. Supporting clients with budgeting and money management as assigned.What you’ll get from us.

A high school diploma/GED and two years of experience in the human services field. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
