18.50-19.79 per hour commensurate based on experience | Rochester, NY, USA | Hourly | Full Time Program Supported Employment/Vocational Services Position Title: Employment Specialist - Warehouse Position in Community Site Responsibilities Provides supervision and vocational related training, including but not limited to job skills, transportation, proper work habits, socialization skills, proper dress and work safety to support individuals receiving services in a wide range of vocational settings. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree; or Associates Degree and one year of related experience; or High school diploma or equivalent and two years of related vocational and/or human services experience. Must successfully complete all required training including but not limited to First Aid/CPR, SCIP (Strategies for Crisis Intervention and Prevention) and Medication Administration. Must be able to lift, move and transfer up to 40 pounds. Subject to background checks including but not limited to being fingerprinted/criminal history record check, NYS Child Abuse Registry, OPWDD Staff Exclusion List and Mental Health Law 16.34. Must meet LAI's Vehcle Operator Requirements. Salary Commensurate with experience. Location Rochester, NY Hours 40 hours. Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
