SUMMARY
As an EMR Analyst, you will design, build, test, validate and support Care Connect, our EMR system application. This position requires an in-depth knowledge of software functionality and the ability to quickly self-learn operational workflows and software design. You will collaborate with our EMR team members and operational leaders to stabilize and optimize our EMR.

SCHEDULE: M-F, Business hours 8a-5p. Position does require occasional weekend or overnight hours and also has an on-call responsibility.

Collaboration. Work with operational leadership to develop and test future-state workflows and principal trainers to design and develop role-based training programs to support workflowsApplication development. Design, validate and implement operational workflows and advance system designTraining. Teach end-users proper use of the applicationApplication Testing. Identify testing requirements, adjust Testing Toolkit test scripts, collaborate with testing coordinators, peer application testing coordinators and workgroup, as well as identify, document, and track testing-related issues through completionAfter hours support. Work with team on occasional new program role outs in a remote setting that works for our customers timing. This at times requires occasional overnight or weekend hours. Team members are given prior notice when these requirements come up in order to plan for. On Call. 24/7 support to our customers on a rotating basis. Will be reachable to troubleshoot customer concerns and provide workarounds or fixes as applicable. Shared and will rotate between team members. On call schedule is maintained within the team and scheduled weeks out to allow for planning.Remote position. With the ability to choose to work from our business office as you wish. May be requested to come onsite for team or company meetings occasionally.EDUCATION:

14617The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components.
