Position Overview:
Conducts advanced level training courses for emergency and non emergency medical personnel and lay public.Maintains attendance records of all assigned programs.Maintains instructorship by recognized national or state agency.Participates in discussions and studies to identify educational needs. Provides ample availability and teaches throughout the year while adhering to prescribed course minimums.Integrates information regarding evidence based practice and CH regulatory standards in educational activities. Considers results of course evaluations in modifying or maintaining teaching methodology.Uses a variety of instructional methods and teaching strategies. Participates in developing, updating, and maintaining educational materials. Applies principles of adult learning theory to facilitate learning.
