About the Role:KT’s Enablement Team plays a critical role in the strategic implementation of key business initiatives and driving meaningful business impact across our Revenue organizations (Sales & Customer Success). Every team member has a crucial part in helping us fulfill our mission: To ensure that new and existing frontline team members are equipped with the information and skills they need to thrive in their roles.
Reporting to the Director of Enablement, the Enablement Analytics Manager will be responsible for the operational excellence and analytics strategy of our various enablement programs, measuring our impact on business outcomes. The successful candidate will work within Enablement and cross-departmentally, gathering requirements from key stakeholders, documenting existing data/reporting/processes, analyzing data, generating findings, and measuring correlations between education, training, and learning and sales/CS performance results. This role will also be responsible for all reporting necessary for our Quarterly or Monthly Business Reviews and for managing our learning management system. As with any other role on the team, the successful candidate will support the team with special projects, enablement campaigns, and events as needed.
What You'll Do: Full-cycle management of enablement analytics projects including scoping/user interviews, discovery, design, delivery, QA, maintenance, ongoing status reporting, documentation, and change management. Perform end-to-end analysis and reporting for core enablement metrics, working to improve executive and frontline visibility. Own the Enablement QBR, our quarterly presentation for executive leadership; collaborate with the team to collect data, identify business insights from the data and create action plans and executive summaries. In support of all Enablement initiatives, collect, analyze, evaluate and report data to track sales performance and metrics with a specific focus on sales training and enablement activities and consumption. Also, report on cause and effect scenarios leveraging cohort analysis, stats/predictive, etc. Manage KPI and exception dashboards for leadership to use to drive training consumption. Compile analytics into visualizations that empower our teams to make educated, data-driven decisions. Independently partner with other departments including Business Technology to escalate and resolve data, technology, and access issues. Drive adoption and utilization of the tools and reports we build.What We're Looking For:
Educational degree and 5+ years of applicable work experience required Extensive experience with Tableau or other BI Tool required Experience with Salesforce, in Sales Enablement and the sales environment Consulting experience Advanced skills in Google Suite and in working with large datasets Strong research, organizational, logic, analytical, problem-solving abilities are required Excellent verbal communications skills and documentation skills to maintain work flows and dashboard functionality Comfortable with changing requirements and priorities Ability to build strong relationships with executives (SVP of Sales, Sales VPs, Sales Directors) and cross-functional partners; comfortable delivering presentations to sales leadership and sales teams
