About the role:
As a Enablement & Knowledge Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our learning and development and knowledge management initiatives. This role requires a thoughtful leader who can manage complex programs, improve processes and align cross-functional teams to achieve our strategic objectives.
⚒️Responsibilities:
Learning and Development
Refine and standardize onboarding and training processes for the Member Services team, leveraging tools like TalentLMS and Confluence. Identify and clearly define learning objectives for various teams, developing specialized training courses and modules to meet these goals. Establish and track metrics related to training effectiveness, employee satisfaction, onboarding efficiency, etc. Design and deliver comprehensive training and readiness assessment programs for new hires and ongoing employee development. Create and manage e-learning content, incorporating multimedia elements to enhance engagement and retention. Implement a continuous feedback loop to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
