Enablement Program Specialist, Onboarding

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

As the Enablement Program Specialist, Onboarding, you will focus on facilitating training and supporting our global partners to deliver effective onboarding programs for the Global Revenue Organization. You will play a key role in helping new hires quickly get up to speed, ensuring they have the knowledge, tools, and support needed to succeed in their roles. This position emphasizes administering onboarding processes and maintaining consistency and quality across different regions and sales teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support Onboarding Program Development: Assist in designing and refining onboarding programs for new hires within the Global Revenue Organization, ensuring content is relevant and engaging. Coordinate Onboarding Logistics: Manage the scheduling of onboarding sessions, including virtual or in-person training, welcome sessions, and team introductions. Facilitate Onboarding Activities: Lead or assist in delivering key onboarding activities such as orientation presentations, training sessions, and introductions to key teams or leaders. Collaborate with Regional Teams: Work closely with regional and sales leaders to ensure onboarding content and activities are tailored to meet the needs of different sales functions and geographical regions. Track and Report Progress: Monitor the progress of new hires through the onboarding program, gather feedback, and assist in reporting on success metrics and areas for improvement. Maintain Onboarding Resources: Help maintain and update onboarding materials, such as training guides, welcome kits, and knowledge base articles, ensuring they are current and accessible. Assist with Program Improvement: Collect feedback from new hires and managers to suggest improvements and updates to the onboarding process, ensuring it remains effective and efficient.

SUCCESSFUL ENABLEMENT PROGRAM SPECIALIST, ONBOARDING CANDIDATES HAVE:

2 years experience across Sales, Account Management, Enablement or related roles within a global revenue organization. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal communication. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of delivering engaging training sessions. Experience building relationships across multi-functional teams, working collaboratively to achieve goals. Desire to work in a fast-paced sales environment. Experience with typical sales tech stacks including: Learning Management Systems (Continu), Knowledge Management platforms (Guru), CRM (SalesForce) and Google Apps. Flexibility and a willingness to roll up your sleeves for the needs of the business.

Preferred but not required:

Experience with elearning authoring tools (Articulate). Working knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles. Proficiency with additional languages (e.g. Italian, French) is highly desirable for effective communication with international teams. Experience collaborating with global partners and stakeholders.
