Role description:
The Global Business Analyst - Key Clients is a crucial member of the FP&BA team, working collaboratively in a dynamic environment to meet evolving business requirements. Reporting directly to the Global Key Client Controller, this team strives to deliver high-quality reporting and valuable insights on our clients to the ELT, Finance, and Growth teams. With ambitious growth plans, the company aims to strengthen the Key Clients program as a key driver towards these objectives. This dynamic environment presents opportunities for the finance department to balance day-to-day operations with continuous process improvement and integration of new entities.
Role accountabilities:
Support the key client programme and contribute to reporting and analysis, including improvement initiatives, covering operational businesses, Corporate HQ and the GSSC Manila. Review and improve Global Business Area, Global Solutions, Global Sectors, and Global Cities reporting and analysis in line with internal and external information needs. Provide ad hoc support, analysis, deep dives and advice to optimize overall performance of the sales processes and profitable order intake in the MtO and PtW stages in the Arcadis Way project lifecycle and/or other ELT priorities. Provide timely and accurate analysis and reporting for inclusion in the Group Control ELT reports on a monthly basis. Work closely with the Global FP&A teams to deliver value add insights and analysis to inform strategic decision making.Qualifications & Experience:
Candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a complex corporate environment or a consultancy firm, ideally in an international, listed company. Mature personality with strong and independent point of view. Experienced with Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle ERP and Excel. Knowledge of consolidation and BI tools is an advantage. · Experience / exposure to the planning and forecasting activities. Excellent communication, strong negotiating and influencing skills. Self-starter with strong collaboration and team skills. Enthusiastic, pro-active and result driven attitude. Willingness to work flexible hours based on business needs.
