The Enabling Function Controller North America role is part of the North America Finance and Accounting community. The role requires strong analytical skills to work across operations, corporate services, and the rest of the department to provide analysis, reports, and insights..
Enabling Functions Controller will report to the FP&A Director North America.
Role accountabilities:
The Enabling Functions Controller North America role is part of the North America Finance and Accounting community. The role requires strong analytical skills to work across operations, corporate services, and the rest of the department to provide analysis, reports, and insights
Ownership of North America enabling function related data. This includes providing data and information to various stakeholders as needed. Support in data review and analysis including the design and maintenance of related reports. Budget to actual tracking and variance analysis of North America enabling function costs. Coordination with each North America enabling function department lead to understand their budgets, actuals and variances. Coordination between the Global enabling function team, the various North America enabling function departments and North America accounting team. Work with North America accounting department to provide budgeting, forecasting and review of costs. Facilitate coordination between the Workplace department and North America accounting department to ensure all office lease information is being communicated timely. Provide additional direct support to the workplace department (Global and North America) to facilitate consistency within this department for reporting, monitoring and budgeting of office costs in a streamlined and automated way. Coordination with global Enabling Function finance team regarding initiatives and queries. Coordination with global Workplace team regarding initiatives and queries. Close working relationship with the global Workplace team to ensure local forecasts and accounting records are accurate.Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline, or a full relevant accounting or finance qualification. 5 or more years of work experience in financial analysis or general accounting. Proficiency or working experience in Oracle and Oracle report writing functionalities (OTBI and OAC), preferred but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Especially Excel, VBA and SQL, but also familiarity with PowerPoint, and Word)Why Arcadis?

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $80,461 - $110,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project, and location.
