Who we are looking for

State Street’s Client Reporting Team offers a full suite of reporting services required by the most sophisticated Investment Managers. We gather data from multiple sources internally and externally from  - IBOR, ABOR, performance, market data vendors and client supplied data and runs through a robust workflow to produce end client reports. We are a self-service report building team who has taken the initiative to build a team to meet the most complex reporting requirements for the entire bank.

As part of Client Reporting Team, Individual in this role will do analysis, design, develop and support dashboards and reporting for End Reporting Projects.

As End Client Reporting Senior Associate

Individual in this role will design, develop and support dashboards and reporting for State Street Investment Management Services.Expertise in analysis, design and implementation of reporting and visualization ( Dashboards) using BI suits like Jasper, Webfocus, Actuate, eSpreadsheet, etcExperience in working with large scale data warehouse solutions , data modeling and designing data martsExperience in data governess models and data quality implementation techniquesStrong knowledge of SQL and experience in query performance optimizationInterface with data experts, data sourcing resources and assist in the data validation process and Write queriesExperience working with complex data sets and implementing complex business logics to provide intelligence reporting solutions, perform data gap analysis on complex financial dataRequires intimate knowledge of Interactive Report Designer (IRD) and IBI WebFocusKnowledge in Big data platforms and cloud technologiesEmploy analytical, conceptual, and creative thinking skills to improve performanceMaintain effective working relationships with organizational team and clientsAbility to design dashboards and cross connect different componentsDevelop and execute database queries and perform analyses

What we value

Experience with State Street IRD reporting PlatformGood Experience in BI Reporting Suits and experience in delivering client reporting projects.Knowledge of Front/Middle/Back office functions of a Trade Life CycleExperience in Data Analysis, Data Warehousing platforms and Data Governance conceptsFamiliarity with SQL, Snowflake and Talend will be added advantageStrong written, verbal communication and time management skillsAbility to proactively identify and resolve issues by working with other technology teams

Education & Preferred Qualifications

5+ Years of experience on Data Platforms and BI Reporting tools2+ Years of experience in Front/Middle/Back office functions in Capital Markets industryAbility to multi-task, manage priorities, work independently while maintaining attention to detail and meet deadlines in a demanding and deadline-oriented environmentMust be detail-oriented, well-organized, innovative, and a self-starter and team player with a high level of initiativeStrong collaboration skills, working with business, Development, Testing partners
