As End of Line (EOL) Technician, you will be part of the operations team, consisting of several technicians reporting to the Industrial Controls Engineer. Based on your experience and know-how, you will assemble/disassemble vehicles according to work instructions as well as develop the assembly process together with the manufacturing engineering team.
Your Responsibilities:
Perform end of line testing, failure analysis & rework for EOL stationsSupport and improve manufacturing processesSupport Quality & Process team to improve proceduresPerform rework on offline vehicles Support and participate in data collection Lead incident investigation & implement counter measuresReport EHS concerns and workplace hazardsWho we are looking for:
Completed high school diploma or college degree preferredManufacturing experience in automotive preferredProficient computer skills, Microsoft OfficeTechnical background and analytical skills would be an assetStrong willingness to learn and developFluent in EnglishYour preferred qualifications:
End of line related experience in the automotive industry of 5-7 years.Ability to read electrical diagramsAbility to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime as neededDetails on our benefits package will be provided during the recruitment process.
