The End-to-End Logistics Manager is a leadership role responsible for overseeing customer service, logistics, and export-import activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations that meet business objectives. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, improving customer satisfaction, and achieving cost and quality targets. The incumbent will work cross-functionally to develop and execute strategies that enhance supply chain processes and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Accountabilities:
Customer Service
Develop and implement efficient business processes for order processing, fulfillment, and returns.Oversee effective management of customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and improved satisfaction.Monitor and enhance customer service performance through key service performance indicators.Partner with logistics, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure timely deliveries and maintain inventory quality.Drive customer-centric initiatives, collect and analyze customer feedback to identify and implement improvements.Build a high-performing customer service team with a succession plan and flexible organization structure.Logistics
Manage and safeguard company assets, including inventory and equipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to HSE policies.Plan and control storage and transportation of products, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.Lead continuous improvement initiatives in logistics processes, leveraging technology and redesigning systems.Ensure effective inventory management, including FIFO/FEFO practices, and compliance with quality and safety standards.Manage relationships with transporters and third-party warehouses to optimize logistics costs and performance.Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehousing, and transportation to meet customer satisfaction and financial goals.Develop and implement policies to maintain a high standard of HSE, quality, and productivity in warehouse and distribution operations.Monitor non-conformance reports, corrective actions, and improvement measures to enhance the quality system.Export-Import (EXIM)
Ensure EXIM activities comply with internal policies, external regulations, and international standards.Monitor accurate declaration of import/export documentation, including HS codes, origin, and value.Manage EXIM KPIs, such as clearance time, duty drawbacks, and reporting accuracy.Collaborate with customs, brokers, and other external stakeholders to streamline processes and reduce costs.Review and validate EXIM documentation to avoid unnecessary expenses.Support compliance standards through effective use of systems such as SAP.Represent the company in tax disputes, customs audits, and other external engagements.Prepare and present regular reports to finance and other stakeholders.Company Description

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred10–20 years of experience in supply chain management, with exposure to customer service, logistics, and export-import operations.Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence.Experience with SAP systems.Experience in budgeting, cost control, and process optimization to improve financial performance.Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement solutions for continuous improvement.Strong understanding of compliance standards and meticulous attention to documentation and processes.Ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team, with experience in succession planning and organizational flexibility.Collaborative and able to work effectively across diverse teams and geographies.Agile and adaptable to changing business needs and priorities.
