Purpose of Position:
The End-to-End Supply Chain Planner will ensure End-to-End alignment of the supply chain (demand through supply) for assigned product lines. The End-to-End Supply Chain Planner will work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement standardized planning strategies that are linked to customer value while maximizing efficiency, minimizing waste, optimizing inventory, reducing costs and improving service. They will work closely with each site's Production Planning and Operations to balance supply with demand while understanding material, labor, and asset capacity. The End-to-End Supply Chain Planner is a key participant and contributor to the Division Sales, Sales Inventory & Operations Planning Process, with ownership of the supply step input for assigned product lines. This position reports to the Division Supply Chain Manager.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain Expertise in manufacturing and/or Supply Chain planning Strong knowledge of Supply Chain concepts and processes (supply, demand, capacity and distribution planning and inventory management) Working knowledge of ERP systems or advanced planning software applications Proven ability to work within a matrix organization, capable of influencing others to build consensus and drive decision making without direct reporting relationships
Desired:
Master’s degree in supply chain or MBA Professional certifications in supply chain, operations, or engineering (such as American Production and Inventory Control Society APICS, CPIM/CSCP, Six Sigma, etc.) Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Material Planning background Working knowledge and/or expertise with SAP S/4 Hana Working knowledge and/or expertise with SAP IBP Working knowledge and/or expertise with PowerBI
Responsibilities:
Partner alongside product line management to understand customer value and recommend supply chain strategies that optimize capacity, inventory, cost, service, and agility Manage the End-to-End supply chain process for contractual or high importance customers, working with operations to resolve service issues or improvement of Key Performance Indicators Proactively identify mid-long range supply and demand gaps and propose solutions Work closely with commercial operations to develop clear comprehension of demand and forecast accuracy as inputs to the supply planning process Facilitate collaboration meetings with internal stakeholders, suppliers or customers as needed to align on forecasts, orders, performance, or other operational issues Direct monthly product line Supply Consensus meetings as part of the Sales Inventory & Operations Planning Process Engage with Production Planning to ensure alignment of supply plan and production plan (smooth hand-off from strategy to execution)

The range for this position is $78,558.00 - $108,017.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
