End User Computing (EUC) Analyst (Hybrid)
**VP Data/Information Mgt Analyst** Summary Your goal as an EUC Analyst is to work with experts and individual contributors across US Personal Banking, Technology, and Enterprise Governance to identify, manage, and develop a remediation or retirement plan for End User Computing (EUC) solutions. This individual will ensure adherence to Citi End User Computing Policy (https://policydirectory.citi.net/cpd/\_layouts/15/DocIdRedir.aspx?ID=CPDPROD-13-12031) (CEUCP), Citi’s Data Governance Policy (CDGP) and improve data trustworthiness through the successful management and retirement of existing EUC solutions. **Main responsibilities** Functional + Provide strategic business program and project management and support for EUC related activities in partnership with CAO, Process Owners, Data Owner, and Data Steward Teams. + Collaborate with Enterprise Governance, Technology, Data Owners, and Process Owners on EUC identification, registration, and remediation activities. + Develop, Maintain, Socialize EUC processes to ensure consistent adoption of identification, registration and remediation activities outlined in the Citi End User Computing Policy (https://policydirectory.citi.net/cpd/\_layouts/15/DocIdRedir.aspx?ID=CPDPROD-13-12031) . + Collaborate with EUC owners to confirm risk level, understand functionality, determine patterns, complexity, identify themes and develop and execute plans for managing and elimination EUCs. + Execute strategic plans to improve data quality through the elimination of EUCs. + Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency. + Subject Matter Expert on CDGP, Citi End User Computing Policy (CEUCP) and knowledgeable with Data Quality and other data-related Citi policies and standards. + Be a thought leader for EUC prevention, management, and elimination. Share best practices. Identify ways to simplify and enhance ways to adhere to Citi’s Data Governance Policy (CGMP). Develop actionable project plans to eliminate EUCs. + Be a trusted advisor and partner to the supporting functions and stakeholders. + Present status updates, issues / challenges / risks and solutions to senior management, stakeholders, and partners in a succinct manner to drive decision-making and actions. + Lead meetings to solve issues / challenges / risks by factoring input from partners and diverse points of view. + Drive culture change to make the organization ‘data savvy’ and understand data controls and data quality via EUC Roadshow sessions and equivalent forums in partnership with EUC Owners, Process Owners, Data Stewards, Data Custodians, Data Providers, etc. Management + Actively managed various aspects of data-related initiatives including planning and delivery. + Led efforts to solve issues / challenges / risks with input for solutions from cross-functional team members and diverse viewpoints. + Regularly provided timely status updates to management and stakeholders. Education & Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. + At least 6+ years of combined experience in banking and financial services industry and data governance. + Experience includes managing / leading data and data quality initiatives, controls, and risk management, developing or supporting standards / policies and data-related issue management and remediation efforts. + Working knowledge of data management processes, tools, and applications, including process mapping and lineage toolsets (e.g., Collibra). Soft Skills Experience + Strong proven written and verbal skills + Led initiatives within a line of business and across the enterprise. + Demonstrated relationship management and advisory skills with sponsors, key stakeholders, partners, and team members. + Good presentation skills, business and technical writing, and verbal communication skills to support decision-making and actions. + Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to recognize and comprehend complex data governance issues, policies, regulatory requirements, and industry information affecting the business environment. + Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and to interface with internal and external resources to define requirements. + Willingness to pitch-in with other team members.
