Identify requirements: Understand the requirements for a purchase, such as those issued by the design department Negotiate: Discuss prices and quality with vendors to find the best deal for the company Evaluate suppliers: Research, compare, and evaluate potential suppliers Create contracts: Negotiate and evaluate vendor contracts Track inventory: Track inventory and submit purchase orders Recommend products: Recommend new products, services, or materials that align with industry trends Create supplier relationships: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers Identify cost savings: Identify ways to save costs Identify risks: Identify potential risksRequirements:
1- 3 years of experience in Desktop and Laptop procurement. Supplier research: Identify potential suppliers and evaluate them based on project requirements Contract negotiation: Negotiate contracts, terms, and deadlines with suppliers and vendors Supplier relationship management: Manage relationships with suppliers and work closely with them Procurement strategy development: Develop and implement procurement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency Cost-effectiveness: Ensure cost-effective material acquisition and identify cost-savings Project timelines: Adhere to project timelines and budget constraints Procurement best practices: Implement procurement best practices for optimal efficiency Risk management: Develop risk management procedures to mitigate losses in the event of product shortages Communication: Communicate with management regularly regarding the efficient flow of goods and services
