End User Device Manager

Work Schedule: 

This is a full-time position scheduled to work Monday through Friday, with an on-call rotation once every 7 weeks. You will work at 301 S. Westfield and travel to other locations in Madison and northern IL on occasion.

We are looking for a Manager, End User Device to:

Play a pivotal role in shaping our technology platform strategies.  Work closely with our teams to enhance efficiency and effectiveness while empowering team members to maximize their skills and knowledge.  Manage a dedicated team supporting 20,000 employees and managing 30,000 devices, plus 6,000 mobile devices.  Oversee VDI infrastructure and SCCM operations to ensure smooth functionality across our systems. Drive the packaging and deployment of 1,200 complex applications across 6 main hospitals and 4 medical centers in Wisconsin and Illinois, as well as 90+ outpatient locations.  Lead a dynamic team of 4 Supervisors and over 50 individual contributors.

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field (4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to experience below) Required Master's Degree In Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field Preferred Work Experience Demonstrated success leading and mentoring others in Infrastructure technologies Required Demonstrated success leading critical support teams in a 24x7 origination Required Demonstrated success implementing and managing large, complex, enterprise-class solutions Required Demonstrated success using effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead others directly or indirectly Required Demonstrated success being proactive and innovative Required 7 years relevant experience working in critical Workstations or VDI infrastructure Preferred 7 years of Workstations and VDI, Security, or similar Infrastructure support and delivery experience Preferred 7 years of experience performing system administration and engineering Preferred 2 years progressive leadership experience within healthcare IT Preferred
