As a End User Service Technician you’ll be responsible for:

Report to the Senior IT Infrastructure Manager of the department Provide end user support to the users in Philippines. Perform system support for all server hardware, OS and systems in Philippines Perform phone/voice message system and video conferencing system support Assist Routers, Firewalls, Switches and Servers installation and upgrade                        Server administration, patches upgrade and performance monitoring                            Regular monitor the performance of network in Philippines                               

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have: 

Diploma holder or above in Computer Science or IT related subjects 1~2 years of experience in end user support and infrastructure Good knowledge of Web Design, AD, Domain, Firewall, Mac, Networking, Email and General Software, etc. Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills Have a passion to learn new technologies Able to work independently Good command in English and local language.
