End User Support Technician - Intermediate

What you’ll do

Contribute with Technical Support to walk up customers at a TechBar.Level 2 support of conference room technology (Audio/Visual kits). Deliver new equipment (laptops & accessories) within agreed service levels. Proactively identify and complete projects that add value to the department and/or ourcustomers.Point of contact for 3rd party Technology and Facilities vendor/partners (HP, Dell, Xerox, etc)

What experience you need 

 High School Diploma. B2 level English.Technical degree in tech support or equivalent 2-4 years of experience with tech support or equivalent


What could set you apart

 Sitewide incidents to end users.Team work Customer service Experience with troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software maintenance of End User Technology hardware, OS and software. communication skills Cloud Certification Strongly Preferred Basic knowledge of Mac Operating system, Windows Server Operating System Experience with (Microsoft Office, G Suite tools, Service Now, ITAM, Printer, CmRcViewActive Directory, Mobility,)Maintenance of prevent and correction equipment.
