About this role:

As an Endocrinology Physician, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.  In this role you will see a variety of endocrinology patients in the outpatient clinic setting in Cedar City, Utah.

This position includes a $30,000 sign-on bonus, up to $20,000 in relocation assistance, a residency stipend for physicians in training, and $75,000 in student loan repayment when applicableYou will practice at Cedar City Diabetes and Endocrine Clinic in Cedar City, Utah serving multiple counties in the surrounding areaYour clinic’s hours will be Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm with flexible options available for your scheduleThis is an outpatient only position with no callYou’ll see a variety of endocrine conditions with the support of an APP, Diabetes Educators, RNs, MAs, and front office support

MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicineResidency training in Family or Internal MedicineBoard certification or eligibility in EndocrinologyActive, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain oneAbility to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing processCandidates requiring Visa sponsorship will be reviewed on an individual basis

Life in Cedar City, Utah

The population of Cedar City is approximately 40,000. The area has recently experienced major population growth, and the trend is expected to continue.  The area is known for its breathtaking scenery and is the gateway to the nation’s largest concentration of national parks.  Recreational activities for the entire family include camping, hiking, backpacking, fishing and mountain biking. There is a moderate four-season climate, and during winter months residents can ski in the morning and play golf in nearby communities in the afternoon.  Educational opportunities are available through Utah Tech University and Southern Utah University (SUU).   Summer activities include the Utah Summer Games and the Utah Shakespeare Festival, recipient of the Tony Award for Outstanding Regional Theatre.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. 

$7.25 - $999.99
