Position Summary   We are seeking an Endodontist who is passionate about patient care, treatment planning, and working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities + Conduct comprehensive exams, interpret radiographs, and develop personalized treatment plans for dental pulp and periapical diseases. + Perform root canal therapy, including cleaning, shaping, and sealing the root canal system. + Provide surgical endodontic treatments like apicoectomy and manage complex cases such as root fractures or foreign object removal. + Handle traumatic dental injuries and perform vital pulp therapy, apexogenesis, or apexification as needed. + Manage dental emergencies, providing pain relief and administering anesthesia for patient comfort. + Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment options, and collaborate with other dental specialists for multidisciplinary care. + Refer patients to specialists when advanced care is needed. Expected Competencies + Ability to exercise independent judgment and handle confidential information with discretion. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effectively interacting with patients, colleagues, and staff. + Ability to explain complex medical information clearly to both professionals and the general public. + Exceptional organizational, analytical, and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. + Capable of providing guidance and training to professional and technical staff within the field. + A collaborative approach with a focus on teamwork to achieve positive outcomes. + Innovative mindset to develop and implement improvements in processes and procedures.
