Assists nursing personnel to provide patient care according to department and hospital standards under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Completes other supportive tasks necessary to the functioning of the Endoscopy Department.

Work Schedule: 0.5 FTE. Day/evening shifts. Scheduled weekdays with on-call every 5th weekend.

Required Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent Current BLS – American Heart Association or BLS – American Red Cross (CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer & Health Care Provider)

Preferred Qualifications:

Completion of unit secretary course or prior experience Previous related health care experience Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry
