Insight Global is seeking an Endowment Accountant to join their team in New London, CT. This team is needs extra assistance. The accountant will be responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual accounting related to endowments. They would also be responsible for forecasting various distribution scenarios and responding to Advancement Office and account holder questions. They are a liaison between the Accounting department and various different departments throughout the college to resolve issues regarding gifts and endowment funds. They'll be the sole point of contact for any information around gifts and pledges between the Advancement and Accounting departments. The Accountant would work closely with the associate controller to help with the maintenance of records of funds, gifts, endowment investment pool and all other activity that flows through their management system.
