Job Description Summary:

The Endpoint Analyst is responsible for managing and supporting an organization's endpoint devices, including desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices. This role involves monitoring endpoint performance, ensuring security compliance, and providing technical support to end users. The Endpoint Analyst will work closely with IT teams to deploy updates, troubleshoot issues, and maintain endpoint security through various tools and practices. The position requires a strong understanding of endpoint management solutions, familiarity with operating systems, and the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical problems.

Job Responsibilities (listed in order of importance and/or time spent)Endpoint Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of endpoint devices, ensuring they meet organizational standards and security requirements.Technical Support: Provide end-user support for hardware and software issues, troubleshooting problems related to connectivity, performance, and functionality.Security Compliance: Implement and enforce security policies and practices to protect endpoint devices from malware, unauthorized access, and other vulnerabilities.System Monitoring: Monitor endpoint performance and health, using diagnostic tools to identify and address potential issues before they affect users.Software Updates: Manage the deployment of software updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure devices are up-to-date and secure.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of endpoint configurations, incidents, and resolutions. Document procedures and best practices for future reference.Collaboration: Work with other IT teams to integrate endpoints with network services and systems and assist in the implementation of new technologies and solutions.User Training: Provide guidance and training to end users on best practices for using and securing their devices.Technical Support: Provide end-user support for hardware and software issues, troubleshooting problems related to connectivity, performance, and functionality.Supervisory Responsibilities

Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. One to two years of Endpoint Analyst, Desktop Support or Application Support at minimum.

Basic Qualifications Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and endpoint management tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune, Patch Management Software).Familiarity with security practices and tools for endpoint protection.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with users and technical teams.Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security +, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are a plus.

Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

Pay Range is $26.15-$43.57
