As an Endpoint Engineer you will be responsible for working in Microsoft Intune solutions, Windows 10 and 11 provisioning/deployment, Active Directory group policies, and mobile device enrollment strategies to meet the unique needs of our clients. This role will work closely with the Endpoint Engineering team to deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions. Ensures the stability, integrity and efficient operation of the organization’s systems infrastructure for client-based End User experience (physical and virtual) and core organizational functions. Supports systems and configurations for hardware (Windows), software and new Cloud-based virtual machines. Systems supported by the team include Microsoft Intune, Microsoft MECM, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive and all updates for client software to ensure they function as expected on all supported hardware and virtual systems. Applies proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate and resolve issues to maximize the benefit of IT systems.What we are looking for:

High School diploma or GED required.A minimum of 4 years' experience in system administration, system engineering or related work experience is requiredProven experience in support of software systems, applications and related products. Preferably in Infrastructure systems (End User, Servers and Cloud systems configurations and performance tuning) Also, support of packages for Windows systemsKnowledge of systems, security principles and general software management and hardware best practicesCertifications such as Microsoft AZURE Fundamentals (AZ-900), PowerShell, MECM, Intune are strongly preferred or equivalent experience in using/supporting the associated toolsAbility to troubleshoot systems issues and products as requiredProven ability to communicate across all levels of the organizations is necessary. Must be able to clearly articulate technical ideas and concepts to a non-technical audience both verbally and in writingHighly self-motivated and directed with attention to detail. Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge and experience in a wide range of technologies such as Microsoft Windows, Intune, Active Directory, VDI, user and group management, etc.Knowledge of Power Shell scripting and GPO distributionKnowledge of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager or MECM to create and deploy packages for WindowsExperience with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and ZoomProven problem solving and/or troubleshooting skills with the ability to provide clear instructionsProven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, including identifying complex problems, reviewing information and evaluating options to resolve issues is essentialAbility to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environmentAbility to prepare communications, reports, proposals and presentations using graphs, pivot tables, charts, and other toolsMust pass a background check and drug screenAdditional related education and/or experience preferredCommitment:
