Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Endpoint Engineer for an enterprise client in the facilities management and food services industries. As a pivotal member of the Digital Workplace team, the Endpoint Engineer will assist in the management and enhancement of North America's Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Solutions, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance across our digital workplace. Assist in the creation and maintenance of Windows client standard builds, solutions and processes within North America utilizing various tools, methods, and best practices while adapting these to Global standards. Employ scripting methods for automation of software packages, operating system builds, and other administrative tasks. Leverage a mix of legacy and modern device management platforms like Microsoft Intune to streamline the deployment of software, configurations, and updates. This approach facilitates automatic installations, system settings adjustments, and the management of patches, security standards, asset inventories, and reporting, all aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and compliance. Works closely with IT Information Security to ensure the endpoint devices are secure and compliant with industry security standards.

Skills and Requirements
Recent experience with Intune, Autopilot, PowerShell, Forcepoint Neo, Cisco AnyConnect VPN.
Experience managing large/complex End User Computing Environment
Advanced knowledge with scripting, automation, and packaging technologies
Knowledge of Modern Desktop Management Tools (Intune/MaaS 360/SCCM)
Self-sufficient, innovative, and self-learning through research and other means
Knowledge of Office 365 products, Teams, OneDrive, and familiar with other Microsoft products
Basic Education Requirement: BS in Computer Science, IT Management, or related field null
