What success looks like in this role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Endpoint Enterprise Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the SCCM environment, ensuring efficient software distribution, patch management, and system troubleshooting. This role involves day-to-day operations, deployment management, and providing critical support for endpoint management across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in installing and configuring SCCM clients.
Support software distribution, remote control, and other SCCM features.
Utilize SCCM tools and utilities for day-to-day operations.
Help deploy security updates using Microsoft Configuration Manager.
Assist in managing patch testing deployments following change and release processes.
Troubleshoot basic SCCM distribution failures.
Validate packaged applications for deployment readiness.
Help manage distribution calendars.
Track and report on mass and local deployments.
Assist in generating and customizing SCCM reports for deployment penetration.
Update operational documentation quarterly.
Understand software product lifecycles, discovery, and documentation reflecting customer requirements.
Troubleshoot issues on client OS (Windows 10/11).
Validate software deployment requests.
Deploy software for individual and low client bases.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Key Qualifications:
2 to 4 years of experience in software distribution using Microsoft Configuration Manager.
Experience in incident analysis, SMS deployment package creation, and target query creation.
Working knowledge of Excel reporting (graphs, demography).
Good understanding of MSI packages and command lines.
Knowledge of Windows servers, IIS, Active Directory, DNS.
ITIL Foundation certification.
Certification in Managing Modern Desktops.
