What will you be doing?
World Wide Technology, LLC has an opportunity available for a Endpoint Migration Lead to support our Government Services team located in Fort Meade, MD. This position will focus on Engineering and support within a customer’s environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and implement user endpoint management (UEM) solutions Design and implement automation solutions to facilitate the migration process and ensure a seamless end user experience Provide coherent, transparent, and inclusive technical direction to the engineering team to ensure tasks are clearly defined, articulated, assigned, and tracked to completion Actively work to remove blockers for the engineering team Continually identify opportunities for improvement, including innovations in the UEM domain aimed at improving the user experience, improving efficiencies, and lowering sustainment costs Enforce security best practices and guidelines, leveraging knowledge of security policies, network security, and data security Initiate frequent interactions with the team of engineers to identify areas of improvement and facilitate their career growth, including participation in annual performance reviews
