What success looks like in this role:

High-Level Description: Looking for Subject matter expert with 8 to 11 years of experience on Modern device management stack including skills on Application packaging skills & Software / patch deployment skills via Microsoft config manager / Endpoint manager / MS Intune the role requires

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Should be a Subject Matter Expert in Application Packaging, Application Virtualization and Applications Assessment technologies and be ready to present or lead discussions on these technologies.Very good knowledge in MSI packaging with Flexera Admin StudioVery good knowledge in scripting with PowerShellGood knowledge with App Deployment ToolkitStrong experience in Software Distribution and Patch management using SCCM / IntuneHandling co-management & Modern device management is an added advantageIn-depth work stream experience like mass rollout of software Deployment, incident analysis, resolution, problem definition, analysis and resolution of Deployment failures.Detailed Infrastructure knowledge including Server troubleshooting, design, and implementation experience on SCCM current branch / Legacy versionsIn-depth understanding of all SCCM concepts like SCCM Roles, Boundary configuration, site assignment, Client installations etc.Awareness of recent technology changes of System Center Products.Awareness of SCCM V-Next and windows 10 / 11 Servicing.In-depth knowledge of Client OS (Windows 10/11) and Troubleshooting.Hand on experience with SOE build via SCCM task sequence and in-place upgrade is an added advantage.

Certifications:

ITIL Foundation (optional),

Certification on Configuration Manager & Intune (Optional in case of Good knowledge)
