Endpoint Services - Image management (SOE) & Software deployment

What success looks like in this role:

High-Level Description: Looking for Subject matter expert with 8 to 11 years of experience on Modern device management stack including skills on Windows 10 / 11 Image build and operating System deployment methodologies. Hands on experience on creation & update / Refresh gold images along with hardware evaluation / integration is required. Develop / update Task sequence and knowledge on various deployment methods. Proficient knowledge of software / patch deployments required.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Hands on with Image Management services which includes creating customized windows images from source, Windows 10/Windows 11 migration, tier 3 incident managementCreation, further development and maintenance of SCCM task sequences for OS deploymentEvaluation of new Windows 10 GPO'sStrong understanding of VDI infra and provisioning templatesRepresent the Image Management services for the specific account and act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for the customer, internal operations and service delivery teamsCoordinate critical customer issues as well as new release and change implementations.Update and maintain operations manual and contractual reportsTest and integrate device driver for new hardware models if working as an individual contributor for small to medium sized accounts.Strong experience in Software Distribution and Patch management using SCCM / Intune Handling co-management & Modern device management is an added advantageIn-depth work stream experience like mass rollout of software Deployment, incident analysis, resolution, problem definition, analysis and resolution of Deployment failures.Detailed Infrastructure knowledge including Server troubleshooting, design, and implementation experience on SCCM current branch / Legacy versions In-depth understanding of all SCCM concepts like SCCM Roles, Boundary configuration, site assignment, Client installations etc.Awareness of recent technology changes of System Center Products. Awareness of SCCM V-Next and windows 10 / 11 Servicing.In-depth knowledge of Client OS (Windows 10/11) and Troubleshooting. Hand on experience with SOE build via SCCM task sequence and in-place upgrade is an added advantage.

Necessary skills:

Strong understanding of ITIL, specific to Change & Release managementAbility and willingness to take direction from technical service delivery lead and Client ExecutivesAbility to work in a team environmentAble to adapt to a changing technical environmentAbility to coach other members of team in their area of expertiseAbility to communicate clearly with all team members and end-usersAbility to work with a sense of urgencyCustomer facing presentation and consulting skillsStrong knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell

Certifications:

ITIL Foundation (optional),

Certification on Configuration Manager & Intune (Optional in case of Good knowledge)

Additional requirements:

Australian CitizenNV1 Security clearance
