As an Endpoint Support and AV Specialist, your primary role will be to provide technical services to executives, executive administrators, and priority projects by identifying, prioritizing, and confirming resolution of reported problems with desktop, laptop, remote desktop, and mobile devices. You will ensure that all phases of desktop support, including installations, upgrades, software, hardware, operating systems, and operating system configuration issues, are properly coordinated, monitored, tracked, and resolved. You will also provide Audio/Visual services within the Westminster office that will include setting up, operating, maintaining, and repairing audio and visual equipment for live events and other uses. This role will be on-site in our Westminster, CO office.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Provide support for executives and executive administrators through all phases of desktop support, including installations, upgrades, software, hardware, operating systems, and operating system configuration issues, are properly coordinated, monitored, tracked, and resolvedAdminister Active Directory accounts and provide Service Desk escalationsUtilize remote user support tools to provide supportProvide Microsoft applications support (Exchange/Outlook, Office, Visio, etc.)Perform Windows 10, MAC OS troubleshootingPerform physical hardware setup and tear downImage systems and deploy software through SCCMSetup audio-visual equipment, such as Logitech, Crestron and Biamp products, as needed for eventsProvide rotational on-call support outside of business hours, including weekendsOccasional travel to other Maxar offices or offsite eventsMaintain a high level of customer-service in all situations

Minimum Requirements:

U.S. CitizenAssociate degree or bachelor’s degree in computer science or closely related field2-4 years experience in technical support role, or Experience may be substituted for educationDemonstrated experience supporting Windows 10, MAC OS, iOS, Android, Office 2016 and 0365 suite, Active Directory Administration, Citrix and Virtual PC environments or a combinationExperience supporting Microsoft Teams and Zoom meetings

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supporting an enterprise environment and executive staffWillingness to get a Secret or Top-Secret Clearance, if not already clearedStrong interpersonal and communications skills; creating and presenting trainingsExperience installing and configuring computer systems and applications for a large companyExperience with SharePoint, Visio, Logitech products

● The base pay for this position within Colorado is: $59,000.00 - $99,000.00 annually.

For all other states, we use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range.
