This client is seeking an onsite Endpoint Support Specialist. Principal Accountabilities: * Endpoint Support Specialist will provide break/fix support for phones, computers, and printers to ensure that endpoint technology assets function at optimal level * Install new and updated end-user devices across the bank and network hardware at branches to ensure Frost branch technology is up to date and to maintain a continuous replacement cycle * Train new users to use hardware and software to maximize total work efficiency
