Endpoint System Administrator
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Endpoint Systems Administrator to manage and support our enterprise endpoint infrastructure. This role is responsible for deploying, configuring, securing, and maintaining endpoint devices and management platforms to ensure optimal performance, compliance, and user experience across the organization.

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.  

Device Deployment and Configuration 

Maintain and support MDM platforms such as Jamf, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, Patch Manager Pro, and Tanium. 

Manage device profiles and configurations to align with security baselines and organizational standards. 

Provision, configure, and deploy a variety of endpoints, including physical, virtual, and modern meeting room devices (Teams Administration). 

Software Management 

Create and maintain software packages using modern device management tools. 

Oversee software distribution, updates, and patching across all enterprise endpoints. 

Security and Compliance 

Implement and enforce endpoint security policies, including encryption, remote wiping, and conditional access. 

Monitor endpoint compliance with internal security standards and external regulations. 

Respond to vulnerability alerts from Microsoft Defender and other sources to ensure timely remediation. 

Perform and monitor Server OS and third-party patching and escalate issues to the SysAdmin team. 

Perform periodic license, PCI, and endpoint audits as required. 

Troubleshooting and Support 

Provide technical support to end-users and the help desk team for endpoint-related issues. 

Diagnose and resolve device problems using automation and scripting where applicable. 

Asset Management 

Maintain accurate inventory of all endpoint devices, tracking both hardware and software assets. 

Assist in procurement and lifecycle management of endpoint devices. 

Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with asset management policies. 

Lead periodic device tech refresh as part of our device lifecycle management. 

Documentation and Reporting 

Develop and maintain knowledge base articles detailing implementation steps, resolutions, and process improvements. 

Keep detailed records of configurations, incidents, changes, and resolutions. 

Generate reports on endpoint usage, performance, and compliance metrics. 

Training and Knowledge Sharing 

Conduct training sessions for end-users and help desk staff on device management best practices and new tools. 

Stay current with trends and emerging technologies in modern device management. 

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.  

Education & Experience 

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 

3+ years of experience in endpoint administration or IT systems support. 

Experience managing enterprise environments with Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Tanium, and Microsoft Defender. 

Technical Skills 

Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and mobile device platforms. 

Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash for automation. 

Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, and conditional access policies. 

Experience with software packaging and deployment tools. 

Soft Skills 

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. 

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills. 

Certifications (Preferred but not required) 

Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate 

Jamf Certified Tech/Admin 

CompTIA Security+ or equivalent
