To join our team as an Energy Advisor! Energy Advisors assure project completion for residential energy efficiency programs. By working with home owners and contractors Energy Advisors walk customers through projects from program eligibility, through paperwork and program qualifications, and lastly to project completion. Energy Advisors will act as specialists in providing technical products/services, training on technical specifications and fulfilling program requirements.

Successful candidates will reside in Indianapolis, Indiana.

For this exciting career opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can…

Provide individualized and ongoing assistance to property 
owners and contractors to convert projects according to 
contract compliance.

Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, provide 
technical advice, guidance and training on installation, 
adaptation, configuration, or enhancement in accordance 
with client specifications.

Rebate processing, data entry, and QA/QC support.

Record and provide to program staff customer and 
contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

1-2 Years with Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of 
training, education, and work experience in a related field 
required

Customer service experience preferred
