Energy Efficiency Project Coordinator

Resource Innovations is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing team in the Chicago area. As a Project Coordinator with Resource Innovations, you will work in a dynamic environment supporting large scale commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs. Duties and Responsibilities

Educate and assist service providers and customers with program participation by answering energy efficiency program questions, reviewing project assessments and equipment specifications, and providing guidance on the application process. Conduct comprehensive energy assessments/audits for commercial, retail, and public customers. Support and train subcontractors/service providers on performing comprehensive energy assessments and provide technical and non-technical support to successfully participate in energy efficiency incentive program offerings. Conduct on-site inspections to verify installation and operation of baseline and replacement energy efficient equipment.  Establish and maintain a professional customer rapport, including identifying and anticipating customer needs and proposing solutions. Promptly and accurately address customer concerns to assure problem resolution and promote long-term productive relationships. Understand the organization and decision-making process to work with stakeholders in determining project eligibility, schedule, and potential energy savings. Perform and review energy savings calculations for evaluating energy savings and environmental impact. Provide technical and customer support to energy efficiency incentive program participants. Manage on-time delivery of technical reports to customers and subcontractors/service providers as needed. Efficiently manage multiple projects, provide timely updates, and ensure our customers and subcontractors/service providers are up to date with program information. Communicate efficiently with subcontractors/service providers, customers, and clients to meet program requirements. Other duties as assigned.
