TRC’s Advanced Energy group is seeking a senior marketing coordinator to support the promotion and adoption of residential and commercial energy efficiency programs. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, a self-starter, innovative, comfortable receiving and providing feedback, wants to make a positive impact, and is committed to diversity, equity and inclusion. This position will support communications and marketing efforts to reach the diverse communities we serve across Oregon and Southwest Washington. In this role, you will lead marketing projects, conduct data-driven research, and produce business-to-business and business-to-consumer content that supports energy reduction and sustainability. The position will be based in Portland, Oregon. Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Write and edit content for digital and print media including websites, newsletters, fact sheets, and blogs Support digital marketing initiatives by monitoring and optimizing websites, creating and tracking email marketing campaigns, and supporting search engine optimization (SEO) and digital advertising efforts Conduct performance analysis using Google Analytics (GA) 4 and other analytics platforms to provide actionable insights for marketing strategies Coordinate and research events, webinars and speaking opportunities Conduct market research to identify opportunities for program engagement Collaborate with industry partners to develop content and cross-promote energy efficiency programs Prepare agendas and document action items to support marketing meetings Develop and present marketing performance reports Qualifications Requirements Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field Minimum of 3 years related experience, with a focus on digital platforms preferred Strong writing and editing skills Experience creating content for blogs, websites, newsletters, and digital ads  Proficiency in managing websites and using content management systems. WordPress experience, particularly with the Avada theme, is a plus. Experience with SEO platforms (Ahrefs, Moz, SEMRush, etc.) and website analytics tools (Google Analytics 4) Familiarity with email marketing systems such as Constant Contact or MailChimp Skilled in MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are a plus. Self-motivated problem solver who is eager to learn new skills Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects and meet deadlines Ability to present information clearly, concisely, and make complex concepts accessible to others Strong organizational, communication (written and spoken), and time management skills. Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
