Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Energy Engineer I at CLEAResult you will play a key role in implementing utility funded energy efficiency programs, identifying new efficiency opportunities, calculating energy savings for projects, and supporting other efforts to increase energy efficiency in the markets we serve. There will be opportunities for you to work on cross-team projects for our programs across North America. As CLEAResult continues to grow quickly, success in this position will lead to increased responsibility and opportunities for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Completing project reviews for commercial and industrial projects throughout the company to quantify savings for 35+ utility programsSupporting development of company-wide engineering best-practicesSupporting engineering tool development using MS Excel and other softwarePreparing draft reports such as measurement and verification plans and billing analysis resultsEnsuring current energy efficiency projects reflect federal and state energy codesAnalyzing new energy efficiency technologies for potential adoption as measures in our programs Contributing to the development of proposals and other business development opportunities
 

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferably mechanical or electrical discipline0 to 2 years of experience with energy efficiency consulting or energy program implementationInterest and ambition to work in the fast-paced energy efficiency industryExperience developing and reviewing energy savings calculationsExcellent technical and non-technical writing and communication abilitiesAbility to analyze technical issues and convey conclusions to diverse technical and non-technical audiences Ability to QC work and find errors or misrepresented values and informationEnjoys working in a dynamic setting with technical and non-technical team membersOrganized and detail-oriented with ability to think criticallyTravel up to 10%

$59,500.00 - $89,200.00
