Job Summary
In your role, you will engage:-Progressing our project pipeline in collaboration our Business Units and Sites.
-Supporting the dialogs on technology & priority on the individual projects.
-Developing our people joining our manufacturing site rituals, when visiting them
-Engage on the BU-teams on site KPI and target reach in FY and towards 2030
-Maturing enterprise program on emissions, environmental impact, customers view and support our efforts to Do More Good™.
Your main focus is on:
-Support and progressing projects and on.
-Engaging the dialogs with the BU-teams on target reach, developing best -practices and driving excellence compliant with ISO50.001
-Developing your capabilities to meet our and your future aspiration.
In order to deliver on the focus areas, we are naturally routinely present on the sites and engage the people and technology options to reach our targets on emission and on financial. Naturally we are routinely present on our sites in your region, while we would not accept travel to exceed one week per month as to protect your private life. Any travel during weekend days would be on exception. Any cross-regional travel would be on exception.

Understanding of energy sourcing, that you can support well our Procurement team in dedicate dialogs.Familiar with analyzing site data from our historians with your experience in site work. Like to engage with people on their methodology & rituals.Build culture with your colleagues in the office, with the option to work from home occasionally.You are part of the lean IFF team: Energy & Carbon Transition.
We are supporting our empowered Business units on all key-aspects on Energy & Emissions as represented by Sustainability, Operations, Procurement, Finance & talent development. In close collaboration with the Business Units and the other lean functions, we coordinate the work and host the rituals to progress IFF to target reach each single year and reaching our strategic 2030-targerts and 2040-aspiration.
