Innovate with Renewable Energy: Lead the adoption of cutting-edge renewable technologies and implement carbon reduction strategies, especially in line with NYC’s Local Law 97. Collaborate & Drive Efficiency: Work alongside cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate energy-efficient practices into our business operations. Specific Responsibilities: Renewable Energy Integration: Evaluate the feasibility and potential benefits of integrating renewable energy sources. Develop and implement plans for the adoption of renewable energy technologies. Monitor renewable energy systems to ensure optimal performance. Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about energy-related regulations, standards, and compliance requirements. Manage the organization’s compliance with all relevant energy and environmental regulations. Provide guidance on obtaining and maintaining certifications related to energy efficiency. Employee Training and Awareness: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on energy conservation best practices. Previous experience in the implementation of energy-efficient technologies, renewable energy sources, and energy-related regulations. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex energy data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of building systems, including but not limited to, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, BMS, fire & life safety, and elevator operations. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
