To join CLEAResult as an Energy Representative! This entry-level role will support our New Jersey Energy Efficiency Programs, bringing energy auditing and efficiency solutions to program participants. This field-based role is a great opportunity to build a career in the energy, home auditing, or home inspection field.

In this role, you will…

Travel to program participant residences to participate in energy auditsComplete basic installations, including LED bulbs, shower heads, various weatherization productsRecord inspection results, customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements. Provide input and status updates to program staffTroubleshoot technical problems and issues in accordance with client specificationsAct as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers.
