Energy Resilience Project Manager
This Project Manager will be expected to collaborate with peers to drive solutions, and influence decisions while contributing to continuous process improvement. He/She will be responsible for scheduling, facilitating, and tracking notes from cross-functional meetings regarding project objective. They will be expected to create and maintain reporting of their in the loop projects.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee assigned project sites from start to finish through stakeholder meetings, calls and emails
- Exercise attention to detail in all aspects of communication with stakeholders
- Host meetings with various contractors to ensure projected timelines are on track.
- Monitor platform data entry for multiple projects to ensure all information is accurate and current.
- Coordinate and schedule project Asset Allocation with all necessary vendors.
- Document project updates and milestones through established internal documentation processes in business systems
- Deliver project status briefings to key stakeholders.
- Prepare weekly meeting notes, questions and action plans for use in meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate projected timelines to all applicable POC's within a dedicated timeframe.
- Navigate excel efficiently.
- Willingness to maintain an adaptive approach to task delegation in order to meet the requirements of the PMO.
- Demonstrate proactive information seeking and problem solving, alongside a willingness to learn and evolve
- Collaborate effectively with teammates across workstreams to produce high quality deliverables
