Job DescriptionDevelop and manage enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment with business strategy;Define and optimize business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation;Apply TOGAF principles and methodologies, ensuring a structured and efficient approach to digital transformation;Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure integration and alignment between IT and business;Create architectural roadmaps and recommend strategic initiatives to enhance process efficiency and scalability;Ensure compliance with corporate standards and frameworks, promoting best governance practices;Support strategic decision-making through impact analysis and feasibility assessments of new solutions and technologies.

QualificationsDegree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, or a related field;TOGAF certification (is a plus);Proven experience in defining and optimizing business processes and system architectures;Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (Zachman, ITIL, COBIT is a plus);Experience with process modeling tools (ArchiMate, BPMN, etc.);Strong analytical skills and strategic vision for decision-making;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with different business areas;Develop a Reference Architecture for a business area, including globally applicable technologies;Define Golden Rules to standardize architectural principles and guidelines;Conduct GAP analysis between existing solutions and the Reference Architecture;Define the Transformation Roadmap, ensuring a structured evolution of systems and processes;Estimate financial impacts of architectural changes and transformation initiatives;Create presentations with reference architectures for different business areas, including capability maps, application strategy, scenario analysis, initiatives, roadmaps, and architectural recommendations;Document architectures in Confluence, ensuring accessibility and knowledge sharing.Fluency in English.
