Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Establish manufacturing procedures and proper documentation controlBuild new Manufacturing Job Instruction Sheets (JIS), NC program and Tool/Gauge plan with Simens NXInitiate productivity improvement activities including equipment/fixture selection, design and deploymentResolve technical issues relating to internal and external customers' feedbackPerform feasibility studies in the manufacturing capacity improvement, layout improvements and expansionInitiate continuous improvement activities to existing manufacturing system and its related processesParticipate actively in company-wide productivity and quality programsPut up justification for capital expenditure (CAPEX)

Job Requirements:

Degree or Diploma with 3 years relevant experience in an Engineering disciplineGood team player with interpersonal skillsCompetent in Unigraphics NX CAD/CAM applications (selected candidates will be tested for competency)Competent in GD&TCompetent in SAPCompetent in Lean ManufacturingCompetent in MS office applications

Candidates with the following skillset will be an advantage:

Competent in Vericut (selected candidates will be tested for competency)Competent in NX post (selected candidates will be tested for competency)Competent in PFMEA
