ENGINEERING SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Leads\nsuccessful on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of HVAC equipment\nand/or Low Voltage systems without direct supervision. You will follow detailed\nwork instructions and amend any outdated or incorrect instructions with help of\nEngineering teams. You will make improvements to training guides and\ndocumentation. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives in the field to\nquickly lix any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and\ninstallation of proper equipment. If necessary, you will train the customer on\nproper usage, troubleshooting, and basic repair procedures for HVAC equipment.

DESIRABLE\nEXPERIENCE

Minimum Associates degree or technical trade school diplomaStrong fault-finding skillsAbility to interact and build relationships with customersAbility to apply knowledge and understanding of Honeywell products to develop solutions that meet customer’s requirementsGood communication both written and verbalThe ability to work under pressureStrong commitment to safety and safe working environmentA team playerValid driver’s license
