As an Eng Support Specialist (Document control) you will have a direct impact on the company's ability to maintain accurate, accessible, and compliant documentation. You will help oversee the document control process and ensure compliance with document management standards and procedures. You will assist in developing and implementing document control strategies, policies, and procedures. You will manage the document lifecycle, including creation, review, approval, distribution, and archiving. Your expertise in document control, and commitment to excellence will contribute to the company's success, reputation, and growth in the industry
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Maintain accurate and compliant project documentation with proper version control.
+ Distribute documents to stakeholders and track revisions and feedback timelines.
+ Ensure all team members access the latest document versions.
+ Manage secure and efficient document control systems.
+ Align documentation with project standards and regulatory requirements.
+ Enhance document control workflows to boost efficiency and reduce errors.
+ Train and guide teams on document control procedures.
+ Provide regular updates on document status, approvals, and compliance metrics.
+ Report SOS and support team compliance with safety reporting goals.
+ Apply Honeywell’s environmental policies and promote sustainability efforts.
+ Maintain site-specific quality documentation as directed.
+ Keep documentation current and assist in internal and external audits.
**YOU MUST HAVE**
+ 5+ years of experience in document control or records management.
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field preferred
+ Must have Aconex software experience.
+ Strong knowledge of document control principles, standards, and best practices.
+ Proficiency in document control software and systems.
+ Preferable experience within the portfolio of projects.
+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Strong commitment to accuracy, integrity, and compliance.
+ Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Strong organizational and time management skills.
